• Account Information: Your name, email address, profile picture, and login credentials provided during registration.
• Communications & Messages: End-to-end encrypted direct messages, group messages, and attachment files transmitted across the network.
• Call Data & Audio/Video Streams: Peer-to-peer WebRTC signals for voice and video calling. Call duration logs and timestamps are maintained for billing and history purposes, but audio/video contents are stream-encrypted and never stored on servers.
• Virtual Phone & SMS Data: Phone numbers provisioned via Twilio and associated SMS messages sent/received.
• Technical & Device Info: FCM notification tokens, device model, operating system version, and IP address for diagnostic security.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide, operate, and maintain messaging, audio/video calling, and virtual phone services.
• To manage In-App Purchases, verify subscription status ($4.99/mo, $44.99/yr), and deliver premium benefits.
• To send real-time push notifications for incoming messages and phone calls via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
• To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and resolve server technical issues.

3. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data. Limited necessary data is shared with trusted infrastructure providers:

• Google Firebase: Authentication, cloud database, storage, and push notifications.
• Google Play Billing: Secure payment processing for subscriptions.
• Twilio: Provisioning virtual phone numbers and SMS transport.

4. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Your user profile and messages are retained while your account remains active. You may request full account deletion and complete erasure of personal data at any time by contacting support at support@fhijnetwork.com.

5. Children's Privacy

Fhij Network is intended for users aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
